Preparation method of metal honeycomb aluminum plate core

The preparation methods of metal honeycomb aluminum plate core material include unrolling method, pressure bonding forming method and pressure brazing forming method.

(1) Unfolding method: the core strip adhesive is coated on the metal foil by the printing machine (or manually) to form the adhesive strip. The adjacent two layers of metal foil coated with the adhesive strip shall be staggered, I .e. the adhesive strip of the previous layer of paper is located exactly in the middle of the adjacent two adhesive strips of the next layer of paper. The metal foils bonded to each other in this way form a honeycomb core board. After the adhesive in it is fully cured, the honeycomb core is cut into strips of honeycomb core strips with the required height. Then the honeycomb core is stretched and expanded, and then the honeycomb core is immersed in the setting adhesive and cured to form a shaped honeycomb core.

(2) Pressure bonding forming method: first, on the waveform mold, according to the hand paste or molding process into a semi-hexagonal corrugated plate, and then use the adhesive to form a core. The honeycomb core made by pressure forming method has the correct cell size and can be made into honeycomb core of any specification. However, a large number of molds are required and the production efficiency is low, so they are rarely used.

(3) Pressure brazing forming method: Japan Yamaguchi and others developed a brazing method to manufacture honeycomb cores in 1994. The manufacturing process will be cut into a certain width of the strip according to the shape of the semi-regular hexagonal corrugated processing to form a honeycomb. Then clamp the honeycomb core with the upper and lower two plates, fix it with a clamp, and use a laser spot welding machine to contact spot welding on the parallel surface.
