2.1施工准备
（１）设计图纸和现场实测尺寸，确定Aluminum veneer支撑骨架的安装位置。
（２）根据控制轴线，水平标高线，弹出Aluminum veneer安装的基准线（包括纵横轴线和水准线）。
（３）安装固定骨架的连接件。骨架横竖杆件是通过连接件与结构固定的，而连接件与结构之间，通过焊接固定。
（４）固定骨架、安装骨架位置要准确，结合要牢固。
2.2、框架龙骨安装
1、根据Aluminum veneer规格要求，将横、竖框架龙骨的具体位置。高层建筑需用经纬仪控制校正，要求横平竖直。
2、竖向框架龙骨位置两侧，按中距450—500mm打入钢制膨胀螺栓将L30x30x3mm镀锌角钢固定其上，要求位置准确。
3、根据施工图竖框架龙骨采用40x20x2mm热镀锌方管，竖向框架龙骨满焊固定于钢角码上。横向框架龙骨L30x30x3mm角钢固定于竖向龙骨上，板材横向尺寸大于1500mm时，按竖向框架龙骨固定方法固定，要求结合牢固,所有焊接点刷防锈漆两面。
龙骨安装完毕后，应通知监理、建设单位进行隐蔽工程验收记录，验收合格后方可进入下道工序的施工。
2.3、Aluminum veneer连接及安装
2.3.1、Aluminum veneer安装
将加工好的Aluminum veneer板块安装，具体安装方法为：用M6*25不锈钢螺栓将Aluminum veneer上的角铝固定在框架龙骨上，两块Aluminum veneer之间应留出装饰扣条缝隙便于安装。
2.3.2耐候胶施注
（1）Aluminum veneer组件安装完毕后须用耐候密封胶嵌缝以保证板与板之间的气密性和水密性。
（2）注胶前应检查所用胶的生产产家、生产日期、合格证、有效期等，并做好记录。
（3）施工前应对注胶区域进行清洁，应保证缝内无水、油渍、灰尘等杂物；清洗时可用丙酮作清洗剂。
（4）Aluminum veneer的密封槽口底部应用聚乙烯发泡材料填塞。
（5）缝内注胶应密实，胶缝应饱满、平直、光滑，不得有气泡等缺陷。
3、施工方法和注意事项
施工方法：根据设计图纸，现场测量尺寸，由技术员现场亲自指导定位、放线，并复查放线，确保放线准确无误。
根据放线情况和图纸要求，各种类型钢方管进场后堆放在指定位置，并进行有效防护，方管安装前先进行打磨后进行防腐处理，待防腐达到设计要求并干后，用焊接的方式连结在一起。
手工电弧焊焊接工艺要点：
（1）为防止空气侵入焊接区域而引起焊缝金属产生裂纹或气孔，应采用短弧焊。
（2）热影响区域在高温停留时间不宜过长，以免晶粒粗大。
（3）当焊件的钢性增大时，焊件的裂纹倾向也随之增加，故焊接钢性大的焊件宜采取焊前预热和焊后消除应力的热处理措施。
（4）在低温条件下焊接时，应考虑采用缄性焊条，并建议对焊件进行预热。
4、Aluminum veneer加工制作注意事项：
（1）铝塑板加工圆弧直角时，需保持铝质面材与夹芯聚乙烯一样的厚度。铝塑板加工冲孔板时，需保持铝质面材平整孔距均匀。（柱面Aluminum veneer厚度为2.35mm，Punched ceilingAluminum veneer厚度为2.0mm）
（2）圆弧加工可使用电动刨沟机。
（3）弯曲时，不可作多次反复弯曲。
（4）安装时，切勿用铁锤等硬物敲击。
（5）安装完毕，再撕下表面保护膜。切勿用刷子、溶剂、强酸、强碱清洗。
