The aluminum plate needs to undergo strict surface anodization treatment before painting to ensure sufficient coating adhesion and bonding strength with the honeycomb core. The panel coating should meet the requirements of the national specification YS/T429.2-2000.

2. Aluminum back plate

The coating materials can be polyester, epoxy, acrylic and other materials to prevent corrosion of the aluminum plate caused by long-term exposure to the air.

3. Aluminum honeycomb core

The aluminum honeycomb core material is processed and manufactured by aluminum plate and special honeycomb node glue on the aluminum honeycomb core production line. The factors that affect the performance of honeycomb core mainly include aluminum plate, node adhesive and honeycomb core specifications and other parameters.

3.1 aluminum plate

Aluminum plate should be selected 3003 grades, the processing process should be strictly surface treatment, in the high strength or durability requirements of the product, should be careful to use the 1100 pure aluminum plate processing manufacturing honeycomb core material.

3.2 node glue

Epoxy modified high-temperature curing adhesive should be selected for node glue, which not only provides sufficient bonding strength but also has excellent environmental resistance and high and low temperature resistance. The general adhesive is often easy to make the honeycomb core degumming due to low strength, resulting in overall damage and instability.
