1.The aluminum honeycomb panel surface is uneven and the joints are uneven.
Cause
(1) The connecting code is not firmly fixed, resulting in offset.
(2) The code piece is not installed straight.
(3) The aluminum honeycomb panel surface itself is uneven.
Prevention and control measures: to ensure the fixing of the connecting piece, the line should be placed and positioned when the code piece is fixed, and the quality of the aluminum honeycomb panel should be strictly checked before the plate is placed, and the product number provided by the supplier should be checked.
2.Sealant cracking, resulting in gas penetration or rain leakage.
Cause:
(1) The injection part is not clean.
(2) The glue seam depth is too large, resulting in three-sided bonding.
(3) The glue is contaminated or damaged by dust before it is completely bonded.
(4) The flatness error of keel and accessories is too large, and the gap between plates is not correctly reserved.
Prevention and control measures:
(1) Adequate cleaning of gaps between plates(Especially the bonding surface)and dried.
(2) Filling PVC foaming material in deep glue joint(small round bar), so that the glue to form a two-sided bond, to ensure the depth of the joint.
(3) Check whether the position of the bottom groove of the cover plate is correct, and adjust the distance between the aluminum honeycomb panels on both sides of the cover strip.
(4) Careful curing after injection until its safe hardening.
3.The position of embedded parts is inaccurate, which makes it difficult for horizontal and vertical materials to be fixedly connected with them.
Cause:
(1) When embedded parts are placed, they deviate from the installation reference line.
(2) The embedded parts are not firmly connected with formwork and reinforcement, so that their positions change during concrete pouring.
Prevention and control measures:
(1) Before placing the embedded parts, carefully check their installation baseline and determine their accurate position.
(2) Adopt appropriate methods to firmly connect the embedded part formwork and reinforcement(Such as binding, welding, etc.)。
Remedial measures: if there is a large embedded deviation or individual leakage after the completion of the structure construction, it is necessary to remedy it in time. Its method is:
(1) If the recessed surface of the embedded part exceeds the allowable deviation range, the extended iron code shall be used for remedy.
(2) If the embedded parts protrude outward beyond the allowable deviation range, shorten the iron code or remove the original embedded parts, and use expansion bolts to fasten the iron code on the concrete structure.
(3) If the upward or downward deviation of the embedded part exceeds the deviation range, modify the connection hole of the mullion or adjust the connection position with expansion bolt.
(4) If the embedded parts are leaked, they shall be connected by expansion bolts or re-buried after the concrete is removed.
The above repair methods shall be approved by the design department.
