However, if the bonding agent is used to connect each honeycomb core, the connection strength between the core layers will be directly affected by the strength of the bonding agent, so the bonding connection has been slowly replaced by the brazing method. Because brazing can form a strong metallurgical bond between the core layer, the joint strength is high, and the processing efficiency is high, so it is very suitable for the forming and processing of the metal honeycomb core, so it has been widely used in recent years.

2Connection of Honeycomb Core and Panel

In general, whether it is the connection of the honeycomb core or the connection of the honeycomb core and the panel, the welding method is used to connect it, which can form a strong metallurgical bond between the joints, and its overall mechanical properties are much better than the honeycomb sandwich plate prepared by cementing. Therefore, in order to obtain high-performance metal honeycomb sandwich plate, brazing method has broad prospects for development.
