Aluminum foil should be selected 3003 grades, the processing process should be strictly surface treatment, in the strength or durability requirements of the product, should be careful to use 1100 pure aluminum foil processing manufacturing honeycomb core material.

Epoxy modified high-temperature curing adhesive should be selected for node glue, which not only provides sufficient bonding strength but also has excellent environmental resistance and high and low temperature resistance. The general adhesive is often easy to make the honeycomb core degumming due to low strength, resulting in overall damage and instability.

The node strength of the honeycomb core is the main basis for evaluating its performance, and its node strength data should be ≥ 2.0N/mm.
