2Aluminum honeycomb plate foil gluing. Glue application includes longitudinal strip glue application and horizontal strip glue application.

3, aluminum honeycomb plate foil lamination and curing. Laminate the coated aluminum foil into a stack according to the required number of sheets, and then heat and pressurize in a hot press or hot press tank for curing.

4Stretch forming and processing of aluminum honeycomb panel sandwich core. There are two schemes for this step: stretching before machining the shape and stretching after machining the shape first. The pre-deformation method can be used when the outer curvature of the aluminum honeycomb panel structure is very small. The first shape after the tensile processing is generally applicable to the processing of such as cross-section or straight bus shape of the aluminum honeycomb plate core block.
