Scope of application and process principle This construction method is suitable for the ceiling construction of large space, large span and large plate and the ceiling construction based on the construction of large elastic deformation structure. The method is based on strict engineering measurement, through the study, analysis and calculation of the dynamic observation data and load data of the grass-roots truss, and then take the corresponding arch measures to ensure the overall flatness of the panel installation.


Key points of construction


1. Measuring and setting out Measuring and setting out is the most precise process required in the ceiling project, which plays an important role in controlling the flatness of the ceiling. The measurement and setting-out shall comply with the overall measurement and control procedure before the local measurement and control procedure. According to the original structural axis, the horizontal control line of the suspended ceiling keel shall be set out by theodolite. According to the data required by the standard and based on the elliptical curve of the suspended ceiling, the arching control line of the suspended ceiling keel shall be set out. The measurement and setting-out requires scientific method, orderly calculation, step-by-step verification and reliable results.


2. Dynamic observation of the lower chord members of the steel truss roof system As the steel keel of the suspended ceiling is installed on the steel truss system, the arching of the overall suspended ceiling is affected by the deformation of the steel truss system itself. The truss is dynamically observed every two weeks by using electronic theodolite, laser leveling instrument, automatic leveling instrument and other precision instruments, and the number of observations is not less than 4 times to ensure the accuracy of the final analysis data. The observation data obtained each time are compared to understand the latest deformation of the steel truss system. The dynamic deformation network diagram is plotted according to the observed values, and the deformation trend of the steel truss is analyzed. For local irregular deformation, it can be controlled by increasing the weight of rock wool. Thus, the most accurate arch control value can be obtained.


3. Measures for suspended roof arching: due to the objective existence of steel keel deflection, in order to minimize the influence of sinking deflection on the flatness of suspended roof decorative surface layer, the keel adopts the method of local pre-arching on site: fix both ends of the steel keel, jack up the part in the keel span with a jack, and pause for 20 minutes to make the steel keel form an arching value of cm-1.8cm 1.5. Overall arching of the suspended ceiling: the method of overall arching is adopted for the suspended ceiling, and the surrounding areas of the suspended ceiling are arched to the center respectively. According to the calculation, the sinking deformation of the middle point of the lower chord of the roof steel truss is obtained, and the ceiling arch just reaches the maximum value here. The elevation of the suspended ceiling is controlled by the hoop node plate, so the length of the node plate at the center point of the steel beam is longer than that at both ends (the lowest point) of the steel beam, so as to meet the need of the suspended ceiling arching.


In order to ensure the stability of the whole steel truss structure, the connection mode of steel keel and truss adopts hoop node plate and bolt connection, which avoids too much welding mode. The elliptical hole on the hoop is designed to be adjustable in the direction along the main steel structure, and the main keel of the suspended ceiling can be adjusted in the height and left and right directions in the long elliptical hole of the node plate.
