Installation method of stainless steel honeycomb panel

1. setting out positioning:

(1) The stainless steel honeycomb panel pops up the ceiling installation contour line according to the design height of the ceiling finish surface;

(2) pop up the distribution line of the main keel according to the spacing of 1000~1200mm;

2. installation boom:

The stainless steel honeycomb panel shall be punched according to the location of the lifting point, the expansion bolt and the hanger rod shall be installed, and the light steel keel pendant shall be installed on the hanger rod. If the hanger rod cannot be installed at the corresponding position due to the influence of internal equipment, the angle steel bridge shall be welded and the hanger rod shall be installed at the corresponding angle steel position.

3. installation of light steel main keel:

Install the light steel dragon on the hanger rod through corresponding pendants, connect two adjacent keels with connectors, stagger the positions of two adjacent rows of keels, and adjust to horizontal and straight after installation.

4. installation stainless steel honeycomb panel:

Determine the installation axis of the ceiling and install it in the corresponding order starting from the axis.

The honeycomb panel can adjust the height and horizontal straightness of the boom by itself, which is convenient for installation, and is especially suitable for large-area horizontal installation.
