China's earliest production and processing of aluminum veneer ceiling, one of the curtain wall manufacturers
In the past decade, perforated acoustic panels have made rapid progress in acoustic applications. We have every reason to believe that in the near future, the development of perforated sound-absorbing panels will be comparable to economic development.
Most of the latest developments in perforated acoustic panels will come from original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and construction companies. The former needs to reduce the noise of their Products to meet customer requirements, while the latter expects to integrate noise control into their engineering projects.
Compared with other commonly used sound-absorbing materials, perforated sound-absorbing panels can be cleaned and rebuilt without destroying their acoustic properties. In addition, perforated sound-absorbing panels also have the advantages of high structural strength, forming and maintaining complex curved shapes, and impact resistance.
Three main uses of perforated acoustic panels:
(1) Used as a protective or decorative surface for certain special acoustic materials. The acoustic materials are used to absorb or reflect or scatter sound waves in a special way, that is to say, in fact, these acoustic materials act as acoustic workers, and the perforated aluminum plate only needs to let the sound waves pass through and enter the acoustic material. In this application, we only need to ensure that the perforated plate used has good acoustic permeability for all frequencies of sound waves.
(2) Adjust the resonance sound absorption. In some cases, we need to absorb a specific frequency band of sound waves, usually we call them resonance muffler machines, at this time, it is these perforated aluminum plates that determine the specific frequency band of the absorbed sound waves.
(3) as an airflow diffusion machine. In the acoustic treatment of some professional aerodynamic test sets, such as wind tunnels, perforated aluminum plates are used to break the pattern of airflow turbulence.
In all sound absorption treatments, we need to pay attention to matching the sound absorption frequency range of the acoustic treatment equipment used with the sound waves to be processed.
The perforated sound-absorbing board has the characteristics of simple structure, low cost, strong and durable, and is used as the protective surface of the muffler structure. It has many years of experience at home and abroad.
