The main difficulty in the folding process is the processing of arc edges. On the basis of the flat and straight folding dies of the existing CNC bending machine, a special arc folding die with arch height has been successfully developed, and the die is adjustable arch height, thus solving the processing and production of arc edges.


(3) Composite molding
