Aluminum honeycomb core material: aluminum honeycomb core material is made of aluminum foil and special honeycomb node glue on the aluminum honeycomb core production line. The factors that affect the performance of honeycomb core mainly include aluminum foil, node adhesive and honeycomb core specifications and other parameters.

Aluminum decorative panel: aluminum honeycomb panel decorative panel material generally choose 3003, 5005 and other brands, low alloy composition of the 1100 plate less used. Decorative surface by spraying or roller coating form, coating for polyester or fluorocarbon paint, exterior wall board is best choice of spraying board, and requires more than three coating, paint layer thickness ≥ 40μm, so as to ensure the durability of the coating.

The aluminum plate needs to undergo strict surface anodization treatment before painting to ensure sufficient coating adhesion and bonding strength with the honeycomb core. The panel coating should meet the requirements of the national specification YS/T429.2-2000.

Aluminum back plate: aluminum honeycomb panel back plate should be made of the same material as the panel, the surface by anodic oxidation treatment, exposed to the air side should be coated with protective coating, coating materials can be polyester, epoxy, acrylic and other materials, to prevent long-term exposure in the air caused by corrosion of aluminum plate.

Aluminum foil: aluminum foil should be selected 3003 grades, the processing process should be strictly surface treatment, in the strength or durability requirements of the product, should be careful to use 1100 pure aluminum foil processing manufacturing honeycomb core material.

The node glue: the node glue should be selected epoxy modified high temperature curing adhesive, which not only can provide sufficient bonding strength but also has excellent environmental resistance and high and low temperature resistance. General adhesive due to low strength often easy to make honeycomb core degumming, resulting in overall damage instability

The node strength of the honeycomb core is the main basis for evaluating its performance, and its node strength data should be ≥ 2.0N/mm.

Honeycomb core specifications: aluminum honeycomb core specifications are determined by the thickness of aluminum foil and honeycomb cell size. Different specifications of aluminum honeycomb have different densities and different mechanical properties, and their cost also varies greatly.
