Aluminum Corrugated Board Maintenance Use and Maintenance Manual

    Article 1 为了保证中aluminum corrugated boardUnder normal use and maintenance, to reach its design service life, the use and maintenance instructions of corrugated aluminum plate are specially formulated.

    Article II Based on Unified Standard for Reliability Design of Building StructuresGB50068, the corrugated aluminum plate is an easy-to-replace structure, and the design life of the corrugated aluminum plate belongs to the second category, and its design life is 25 years.

1. The basic wind pressure of the Project is taken as WO = 0.45 KN/m2;

2. Corrugated aluminum plate of this project shall be set at 6 degrees for earthquake resistance;

3. Galvanized channel steel and galvanized angle steel are used for corrugated aluminum plate of the Project;

4, the project corrugated aluminum pure aluminum plate, the use of thick fluorocarbon spray exterior aluminum plate;

Article II Corrugated aluminum plate is a weather-resistant material with surface treatment. The aluminum alloy materials used in the project are all treated by powder spraying.

    Article III Corrugated aluminum plates are used in this project.: Component-type pure aluminum plate and aluminum foil corrugated core are processed by machine.

    Article 4 The lightning protection of corrugated aluminum plate adopts the connection of metal rod and embedded parts connected with the lightning protection system of the main structure. Lightning protection of corrugated aluminum sheet of the Project shall comply with Design Code for Lightning Protection of BuildingsGB50057 regulations, not only consider the lateral lightning strike, but also consider the direct strike lightning strike.

    Article V Corrugated aluminum plate is an enclosure member and cannot bear the burden on the building.Vertical load (other than dead weight).

    Article IX On the roof(and lightning protection facilities) when setting up billboards, should protect the corrugated aluminum lightning protection system.

    Article 11 It is not allowed to scratch or rub the surface and metal rod with hard objects for painting.(Coating) surface, so as not to damage its surface.

    Article 12 After the acceptance and completion of the corrugated aluminum plate project, the user unit shall formulate the maintenance and repair plan and system of the corrugated aluminum plate in time.

    Article 13 Corrugated aluminum plate maintenance should be carried out according to the following requirements:

1. The number and cycle of cleaning corrugated aluminum plate should be determined according to the degree of ash pollution of corrugated aluminum plate area. It should be cleaned at least once a year. When cleaning, the cleaning fluid can be properly used and wiped with soft and pure cotton cloth.

2. When the corrugated aluminum plate is used as the curtain wall, the mechanical equipment (such as cleaning machine or hanging basket, etc.) should be flexible and convenient to operate, so as not to scratch the surface of the corrugated aluminum plate.

    Article 14 The inspection and maintenance of corrugated aluminum plate shall be carried out according to the following requirements:

1, when found loose bolts should be tightened or welded, when found that the connector rust should be rust repair paint;

2. When it is found that the corrugated aluminum plate components and connectors are damaged, or the anchors between the connectors and the main structure are loose or fall off, they should be replaced in time or reinforced and repaired by mining limitation measures;

3. When it is found that the hardware accessories are falling off, damaged or dysfunctional, they should be replaced and repaired in time;

4. When natural disasters such as typhoons, earthquakes, fires, etc., a comprehensive inspection of corrugated aluminum plates should be carried out after the disaster, and maintenance and reinforcement should be carried out depending on the degree of damage;

5, check the fire partition every six months, if found that the fire cotton love tide should be replaced in time

6. During the annual inspection of grounding resistance of building lightning protection system, the lightning protection of corrugated aluminum plate shall be tested once a year. If it is found that the rod is not connected with the main structure, it shall be repaired in time. The lightning protection metal lightning receptor shall be inspected once a year. If rust or insufficient overlap is found, it shall be repaired or replaced in time;

    Article XV Corrugated aluminum sheet in normal use, everyA comprehensive inspection shall be carried out once every 5 years, and the connecting parts, lifting parts, firmness and other unfavorable positions shall be inspected comprehensively.

    Article 16 The following safety regulations shall be met in the maintenance and repair of corrugated aluminum plates:    

1. The inspection, maintenance and repair of the outside of the curtain wall corrugated aluminum plate shall not be carried out in the wind and heavy rain weather below level 4;

2. The machinery and equipment (cleaning machine, hanging basket) used in the inspection, cleaning, maintenance and repair of corrugated aluminum plate must be firm, easy to operate, safe and reliable;

3. In the maintenance and repair of corrugated aluminum plates, all high-altitude operators must abide by the relevant provisions of the current national standard Safety Technical Code for Construction High-altitude Operation (JGJ 80).

4, rainy days or more than 4 wind weather conditions should not be used to open the window; more than 6 wind, should be all closed to open the window.

5. The opening angle of the opening window should not be greater than 30 °, and the opening distance should not be greater than 300mm.

6. When cleaning corrugated aluminum plate, the cleaning agent should meet the requirements, and should not produce corrosion and pollution, and strong acid or alkali solvent should not be used.

7. If the corrugated aluminum plate is damaged, the original construction unit of the corrugated aluminum plate or the professional corrugated aluminum plate company with the qualification of the corrugated aluminum plate should be requested to repair it.

    Article 17 Manual In order to prevent the occurrence of safety accidents during the use of corrugated aluminum plates and ensure the expected service life under normal operating conditions, it is necessary to carry out necessary maintenance and repair of corrugated aluminum plates and form an effective monitoring system. This maintenance book mainly develops the basic methods and requirements for maintenance and repair of corrugated aluminum plates.For the owner in the future management reference.

    Corrugated aluminum plate repair and maintenance work, mainly divided into three aspects:

1. Regular maintenance and maintenance

2. Regular inspection and maintenance

3. Post-disaster inspection and maintenance

1. The damage of corrugated aluminum wall parts can be detected by visual inspection, and the following factors should be emphasized:

   （1) Whether the color of aluminum profile changes;

   （2) Whether the paint and silica gel are cracked or cracked;

   （3) Whether the paint is peeling;

   （4) Whether the paint becomes powder (powder spraying, fluorine carbon treatment);

   （5) Whether there is any change in the bonding performance of silica gel; visual inspection can be carried out as required. Generally, it coincides with the cleaning cycle of corrugated aluminum plate. If it is found that the corrugated aluminum plate and its opening and closing parts have poor sealing, parts fall off or connection is not firm, the parts should be repaired or replaced at any time.

2. Regular inspection and maintenance of corrugated aluminum plate After the completion and acceptance of corrugated aluminum plate in this project, the warranty period is 5 years. During this period, if there is any place that does not meet the quality requirements and cannot operate normally, the unit is obliged to repair it. However, damage caused by man-made damage, natural disasters and accidental disasters is not covered by the warranty. After 5 years of use, the structure in the most unfavorable position for aging resistance was tested for adhesion.

3. Regular inspection and maintenance of aluminum plate corrugated aluminum plate

(4) When it is found that the corrugated aluminum plate components and connectors are damaged, or the anchoring of the connectors and the main structure is loose or fall off, it should be replaced in time or measures should be taken to reinforce and repair;

(5) When the hardware has fallen off, damaged or dysfunctional, it should be replaced and repaired;

4. Post-disaster inspection and maintenance of corrugated aluminum plates Post-disaster inspection and maintenance of corrugated aluminum plates should be carried out according to the following requirements:

1. When the corrugated aluminum plate encounters natural disasters or accidental disasters, the corrugated aluminum plate should be comprehensively inspected after the disaster, and the corrugated aluminum plate should be comprehensively evaluated and treated according to the degree of damage.

2, according to the post-disaster inspection results put forward the repair and reinforcement plan, reported to the relevant professional departments for approval, selected by the corrugated aluminum professional construction team for construction.

(7) Plug the foam strip and seal with weather-resistant glue; (8) Clean up the site.                 

1. It is not allowed to inspect, maintain and maintain the outside of corrugated aluminum plate on wind and heavy rain days above level 4;
