Aluminum honeycomb panel manufacturing generally has three kinds of process: 1, the use of room temperature curing polyurethane or epoxy glue, the use of hand paste or spray glue composite; 2, the use of epoxy film, the use of hot pressing composite; 3, the use of thermoplastic film, the use of flat continuous thermal composite. The three processes will be described below one by one.
1、room temperature curing process
The room temperature curing process usually uses two-component polyurethane adhesive or two-component epoxy structural adhesive. The mixed adhesive can be cured at a temperature higher than 10 ℃, and heating can accelerate the curing speed. First of all, the aluminum panel is made into a box shape, arc shape, and then spray glue or glue, and then the honeycomb core and aluminum panel in order to stack, apply a certain pressure, at room temperature after 1 weeks of curing, or in a hot press heating to not higher than 100 ℃, after a few hours to cure.
2、Epoxy adhesive film process
Epoxy adhesive film is epoxy modified resin and nylon mesh or non-woven composite film, the earliest used in the manufacture of aircraft honeycomb panels. After adjusting the formula and the use of different types of epoxy resin production of aluminum honeycomb panels are now used for civilian.
First of all, the aluminum panel (or pre-processed aluminum box), honeycomb core and adhesive film are stacked in sequence, then they are fed into a hot press and heated to about 150 ℃, and then they are taken out for cooling after more than ten minutes. In order to prevent the hot press from collapsing the honeycomb, it is best to put 4 equal high cushion blocks around the hot press. The epoxy adhesive film shall be stored in the freezer at low temperature, and the adhesive film shall be taken out of the freezer half a day or 1 day in advance. The aluminum honeycomb panel produced by epoxy adhesive film process can also be produced by autoclave, that is, the aluminum panel, honeycomb core and adhesive film are stacked in sequence, then placed on the forming mold, and vacuum hot-pressed composite. As long as the shape of the molding die is changed, various shaped plates can be produced.
3、Continuous composite process of thermoplastic film
The use of thermoplastic film, the use of hot press production of aluminum honeycomb plate bonding effect is poor, generally do not use this method of production, to the use of thermoplastic film continuous composite process production of aluminum honeycomb plate is appropriate.
First of all, the aluminum panel, honeycomb core and thermoplastic film are stacked in sequence, and then sent to the plane continuous thermal composite machine, under pressure and heating, after a few minutes of composite, followed by cooling under pressure, the production of aluminum honeycomb plate flatness is very high. The thermoplastic film is easy to use and does not affect its performance when stored at room temperature for one or two years.
