If a hot press is used to heat up to less than 100 degrees for curing, it only takes a few hours to cure. Adhesive used by the general use of two-component polyurethane adhesive, two-component epoxy structural adhesive. The aluminum honeycomb panel produced by this process has poor adhesion and poor weather resistance. It can be used for indoor decorative partitions, but it is not suitable for outdoor use.

Second, the thermoplastic adhesive film continuous composite process: first, the aluminum panel and honeycomb core are stacked in sequence, and then they are fed into the plane side continuous composite machine in sequence. under the condition of pressure and heating, after a few minutes of compounding, the resulting aluminum honeycomb panel is cooled after pressure, and the resulting aluminum honeycomb panel has high flatness, weather resistance and adhesion.

Third, epoxy adhesive film process: first, the aluminum panel and honeycomb core are stacked in sequence, then they are fed into a hot press and heated to 150 degrees. after about 10 minutes of continuous compounding of the thermoplastic adhesive film, they can be taken out and cooled. Epoxy film on the epoxy modified resin and nylon or non-woven fabric synthetic film. The aluminum honeycomb panel produced by this process has high weather resistance, but the bonding layer is brittle, and the long-term vibration will cause delamination, which is not suitable for rail transit.
