3. Install connecting piece and angle steel of boom

The aluminum honeycomb panel connector adopts L110 × 150 × 7 galvanized angle steel with a length of 200mm, which is processed and blanking in the factory and connected with the high-strength bolt under the purlin support plate.

4. Installation of main keel

The main keel is C160 × 70 × 2.5C steel, the length is the same as the distance between the net ball, and the main keel and the hanger rod angle steel are connected by M12 × 50 bolts.

The connection between the main keels is connected with M12x25 through the built-in connection.

5. Install secondary keel

The secondary keel is C140 × 70 × 20 × 2.5C steel, with a total length arrangement and a spacing of 1500mm. The secondary keel is connected with M12 × 25 through built-in connectors, and the secondary keel is connected with the main keel through M12 × 50 bolts.

In order to prevent the instability of the upper flange of the C- shaped steel of the secondary keel, two tie rods are added between each secondary keel.

6. Install matching keel of honeycomb plate

Honeycomb plate matching keel consists of angle steel suspender (L50 × 5) and honeycomb plate matching keel (L40 × 4). The spacing of angle steel suspender is 1000. M12 × 50 bolts are used to connect with secondary keel. Honeycomb plate matching keel is connected with angle steel suspender bolt. The levelness of keel is adjusted through waist-shaped hole, and the levelness control is not more than 4mm.

7. Install aluminum honeycomb panel
