1. Room temperature curing process: first, the aluminum plate is made into box-shaped, arc-shaped and other shapes, and then the honeycomb core and the panel are stacked in turn, and appropriate pressure is applied. After one week at room temperature, it can be cured. If the hot press is heated to an environment less than 100 degrees, it only takes a few hours to cure. Usually with two-component polyurethane adhesive, two-component epoxy structural adhesive bonding. The aluminum honeycomb panel produced by this process has poor bonding performance and poor weather resistance. It can be used for indoor decorative partitions, but it is not suitable for outdoor.
2. Epoxy film process: first, the aluminum plate and honeycomb core are stacked in turn, then heated to 150 degrees on a hot press, after 10 minutes of continuous thermoplastic film compounding, and then taken out and cooled. Epoxy adhesive film prepared by epoxy modified resin with nylon or neither spinning cloth. The aluminum honeycomb panel produced by this process has good weather resistance, but the bonding layer is brittle, and the long-term oscillation will delaminate, which is not suitable for rail transportation.
3. Continuous composite process of thermoplastic adhesive film: first, the aluminum plate and honeycomb chip are stacked in sequence, and then fed into the plane side continuous composite machine in sequence. Under the condition of pressure and heating, after several minutes of compounding, the resulting aluminum honeycomb plate is cooled under the condition of pressure, resulting in flatness, weather resistance and high adhesion.
